What is the return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Freely Give Co., we will be happy to issue a refund or to re-ship the gift to your recipient. To make a return, contact our Customer Service Department for further instructions at (866) 553-7335 or email us at email@example.com.
How are Shipping & Handling charges calculated?
Shipping & handling charges are based on product cost before any product discounts or promotions. Please see item descriptions for special shipping requirements. We always pursue the best shipping costs.
My box is a gift. Are there receipts or packing slips included?
Because so many of our shipments are gifts sent directly to the gift recipient, we do not include packing slips with any of our shipments. This policy is meant to ensure that every gift received from Freely Give Co. is beautifully packaged for the recipient with no pricing information included. However, if for any reason you require this paperwork, please call (866) 553-7335. The emailed Order Confirmation you receive after placing an order is your receipt and we can email or mail you a copy. Can I include a personalized note with my gift?
Yes. In the cart there is an option to add a gift note in the bottom right corner of the cart. You can add one personalized note per order.
How long will it take for my package to be delivered?
Standard Ground delivery via UPS can take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days in the United States, depending on the destination for delivery. Next Day or Two Day deliveries are made in one or two business days, as indicated. Most in stock items are shipped the same day for orders placed by 2pm Mountain Time.
Can I ship my gift internationally?
We currently do not ship internationally but stay tuned. We are making plans to in the future.
How can I find out the status of my order?
Please email our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy share the status of your order.
How can I review or make changes to my web order?
After your order is placed on the web, you will receive an Order Confirmation to the email address you indicated when ordering. This will include an Order Number and details about the product, total cost, billing and shipping information, and estimated delivery time for your order. This is confirmation that your order has been placed successfully and is also your receipt. If you would like to make any changes to your order after this point, please contact Customer Service at (866) 553-7335 and we will be happy to assist you.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. One card may be used per order.
If I place an order, when will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged at the time your order is filled. If a product is on backorder your card will not be charged until the order is able to be filled.
